Simple Way to Stay Healthy and Beautiful, 6 Tips
I’ve noticed that the more of a foodie I am, the more health-conscious I’ve been becoming these days.
It’s like they say – born to be a foodie, but forced to be health-conscious.
Because of my poor health, I have no choice but to eat healthy food. Otherwise, I’m a huge foodie.
These days, girls are becoming just as health-conscious as they are foodie. Even without wanting to, they’re eating healthy – just like me.
And when your entire family is as foodie as you, always craving spicy food, staying health conscious gets a bit though, right?
Anyway, I don’t really have any other option – I have to choose healthy food.
But if you also want to move towards eating healthy, so that your weight doesn’t increase, your skin glows, pimples stay away, and much more…. So….
I’d love to share some tips that I personally follow.

Tip no. 1 –
Always eat salad before meals, then have your food. Prepare two plates – one for salad and one for your regular meal. First, finish the salad completely, and then eat your food.
If this is followed properly, it not only keeps your health very good, but is also beneficial for –
Beauty, hair, and skin.
At least, it helped me a lot.
Tip no. 2
You know, when buying cooking oil for home, it’s better to choose a small packet so that we automatically use less oil in our meals.
Or you can also make and eat oil-free dishes like I do. It’s really beneficial.

Tip no. 3
Instead of wheat, eating millets like foxtail millet, sorghum, pearl millet, and finger millet is beneficial both for health and for beauty.
Tip no. 4
Stop eating outside, packaged, and fried spicy food. Or eat it really rarely, like once in 15 days or a month.
Tip no. 5
Avoid sugar and milk, or eat them very rarely, like once in 15 days or a month.
Tip no. 6
If you follow all this properly, without cheating, you will definitely see the benefits. Just try it properly once!
