I thought, why not try something new today?
Just a little experiment. After all, we’re women – we carry the
weight of the world’s worries and stresses on our shoulders.
So I asked three women, including myself, what they do to escape
tension or confusing situations – what gives them relief and helps to
keep their minds stress-free.
Let’s start right from my side
I rewound my life for a moment and realized that whenever I’m
stressed or my mood is low, I always turn to one thing – my scooty.
There’s something about riding it that instantly lifts me up.
The wind, the freedom, the little rush…it just clears my head.
All the stress melts away, and I come back to my track with fresh,
positive mindset, ready to work again.
So yes, my way of shaking off stress and finding my spark again
is a simple scooty ride.

A housewife’s honest Answer to the same question
She told me that whenever her mood goes off –
whether it’s because of her husband, the kids, or the usual saas-bahu
drama – she has one simple little ritual.
She just spends 30 minutes with her friends, talking about everything
and nothing, sharing a little harmless gossips…and suddenly her
whole mood lifts.
Feels lighter, happier, and like she’s the happiest person
in the room.
According to her, no one can even imagine how many stresses a
housewife deals with….
and whenever she needs to lift her mood, she simply loves sitting
with her friends and talking, sharing little gossips.

She said that whenever she feels upset – whether it’s because of
some life issues or a stressful moment in her studies she simply
chooses to sleep it off, nothing else.
No matter how big or small the problem is, she just goes straight to
sleep, and then wakes up with the strenght to try and slove it.
It may sound like a strange little idea, but for her..it truly works.
