Mental Health: An Important part of Everyday Lifestyle

You know, there’s one thing we girls never really
talk about. Of course, we all feel it, but we just never
discuss it.

There are so many things that come under our lifestyle,
and one more important thing among them is our mental
Health.

Look, I’m not a professional who can talk about women’s
mental health, but yes, as a girl, I feel I should still
say this.

Even if a guy misbehaves with us on the street – catcalls us
or says something disrespectful – it affects our mental health.

There are so many nights we stay awake, unable to sleep.
We get scared of not keeping ourselves busy, because the
moment we’re not occupied, all those memories start coming
back.

Some girls take 15 days to forget all this, some take a month,
and some even two months…right?

We are strong; we help ourselves.

I don’t even know whether all this makes our mental health
stronger or weaker, but we still have to handle everything
and move forward…and we do.

Along with all this, we also have to manage home, studies
or workload – and we still handle everything so well,
right?

There are so many things that happen to us again and
again, and they affect our mental health.

There are so many things that happen every day which affect
a woman’s mental health…
yet we still handle everything and move forward. And maybe
that’s our biggest strenght.
